Lanny’s background exemplifies the benefits of proactive change on the bottom line. At CI, he led the transition to a performance-based revenue model, realizing up to 30% increase in annual revenue CAGR. While at Benchmark, he restructured the company for a 200% profit increase. At CarParts Technologies, he converted the company from a B2C to B2B model, helping CarParts Technologies earn a top-ten ranking from Forbes Magazine.

Lanny has extensive M & A background as an operator, buyer and seller; with his strategic guidance and leadership with capital sourcing. He has worked on a wide range of strategic and global projects with Fortune 100 and Internet 100 retailers across industries including SaaS platforms, e-Commerce, technology, B2B, B2C, retail (in CPG, CE, Fashion and Home Improvement) and automotive.
